I want to meet l.m. because he’s a crazy-smart mad-computer-scientist who is always doing something neat.
Les gets that XSLT is a part of the Web 2.0 glue. He’s another Yoko Kanno fan.
Decafbad sounds something like my rallying cry (though deusx’s “Its all spinning wheels and self doubt until the first pot of coffee” is more relevant), but really I’ve wanted to meet Decafbad since he was the made ninja hacker behind Iaijutsu, the Rails for Perl back in web proto-history (when DHH was just a desperate PHP hacker).
Rabble and I always meant to use it for our startup, but we got acquired by a Java shop before such plans ever came to fruition. And so the world would have to wait…
